Job Summary
Executive-level, confidential administrative support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors; manages shareholder relationships, facilitates stock-related transactions, maintains shareholder database, assists with annual shareholder functions and regulatory reporting; performs daily cash balancing reconciliation, supports accounting and reconciliation tasks within Finance; requires strong communication, organization, time-management, and customer service skills; must maintain confidentiality and work within GAAP/RAP guidelines; role involves Board materials preparation, meeting attendance, minutes, and liaison with shareholders and management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, business, finance, accounting, or communications
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Prior experience with a Board of Directors
- Prior experience with customers in a Financial Institution setting preferred, but not required
- Prior experience with account reconciliations, budgets, and general ledger entry
- Proficient in MS Office; ability to learn Jack Henry, Transtar, etc.
- Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain certification
