Job Summary
Executive Assistant to VP, North American Fertilizer and VP International Sales and Customer Service team. Provide confidential executive administrative support including calendar and email management, report generation, expense management, and general administrative tasks. Coordinate large-scale meetings, travel (domestic and international), materials preparation, meeting minutes/action items, and follow-ups. Draft, edit, proofread and quality-check correspondence, presentations and reports. Support department operations, procurement of supplies, and SG&A budget tracking/forecasting. Partner across leadership teams to contribute to a productive, respectful, and inclusive culture; perform other tasks as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing/editing skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years providing confidential administrative support to senior leaders in a large, complex organization
- Post-secondary certificate/diploma (or equivalent training) in Business, Communications or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong judgment, discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent organization and time management; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong writing/editing skills and high attention to detail
- Professional, service-oriented approach and collaborative working style
Desired Qualifications
