Job Summary
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, correspondence triage, meeting preparation and priority coordination. Coordinate Executive Team and Senior Management meetings, agendas, papers, action registers, and follow-up. Manage stakeholder liaison and communications for the Office of the CEO, support governance and committee coordination with the Company Secretariat, and coordinate enterprise reporting rhythms, dashboards and executive reporting. Prepare executive briefing packs, presentations and confidential documentation; arrange travel, events and VIP visits; maintain secure records for the Office of the CEO; exercise sound judgement and discretion in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft 365 capabilities and experience coordinating governance, reporting, travel and complex executive logistics are required; a business administration qualification is well regarded and will support career progression within a purpose-driven organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience providing executive-level support to a CEO, Executive Team or senior leaders within a complex organisation.
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, preparing agendas and papers, maintaining action registers and supporting follow-up activities.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability across Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
