Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support in tech or high-growth environments
- Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with ownership mentality
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build partnerships across the organization
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and execute with discretion in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and manage complex calendars and travel
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and internal/external meetings
- Budget oversight or financial administration experience is a plus
