Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO responsible for protecting the CEO's time and priorities. Own and manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and follow-through on every conversation, project-manage commitments back to closure, and ghostwrite emails in the CEO's voice. Draft emails, memos, and client/sponsor communications; track commitments from launch to closure; run logistics for sponsor meetings, client visits, travel, and leadership offsites; coordinate with the leadership team on shared timelines; prep for meetings with appropriate background and questions; handle personal logistics as needed (travel, expenses). The role requires senior-level experience, strong writing ability to echo the principal's voice, calendar management across competing high-priority asks, sound judgment on what merits escalation, comfort working in ambiguity, and discretion with confidential information. LA-based in-office cadence required. The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and direct access to the CEO in a small, fast-moving CRO environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as the primary EA to a CEO, founder, or managing partner
- Demonstrated history of running a single principal's calendar, inbox, and follow-through end-to-end — not splitting an exec team across multiple EAs
- PM instincts. You track things to closure without being reminded
- Strong writing. You can ghostwrite a three-sentence client email that sounds like the principal, not like you
- Calendar management is second nature, including managing competing high-priority asks
- Judgment about what rises to the principal and what doesn't
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities on short notice
- Discretion with confidential business, client, and personal information
- LA-based; in-office cadence required (this role doesn't work remote)
