Job Summary
Manage complex calendars for Product Leadership, book travel, and oversee executive-level expenses. Create and maintain mailing lists, organize team events, and respond to inquiries from employees, guests, customers, and partners. Greet executives and ensure guest sign-in protocols are followed. Attend meetings to track action items, assist with day-to-day projects, and help build internal processes. Drive projects and own operations for programs and initiatives within the Product team. Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating meetings and external engagements with customers and partners. Lead small projects within the administrative team and handle other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
