Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the founder at PostScriptum, based in Helsinki. Manage founder’s daily agenda, email correspondence and calendar; organize and book travel, transport and accommodation; handle travel expenses; plan ahead to ensure a seamless daily schedule. Role requires adapting to changing circumstances, independence, and proactive problem-solving in an in-office setting with occasional remote work. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in a demanding assistant role, be diligent, proactive, and able to anticipate needs, and be comfortable working across English, Finnish, and Swedish. Salary range EUR 3,200–3,600 per month, with employee benefits; full-time, permanent, starting early September 2026 (preferences August 2026). Based in PostScriptum’s Helsinki office, with occasional remote flexibility and travel to other time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in demanding assistant role

- ability to manage calendar, emails, travel arrangements, and expenses
- strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Finnish and Swedish
