Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the CEO focused on calendar management, travel logistics, confidentiality, and cross-time-zone coordination. Responsibilities include preparing briefs for meetings, ensuring commitments are tracked, managing travel and expenses, handling personal logistics, coordinating vendors and events, and anticipating needs to keep operations running smoothly. Must be exceptionally organized, discreet, reliable, and capable of handling both high-visibility executive support tasks and everyday operational details. Requires strong English and Spanish communication, comfort with multi-time-zone scheduling, and flexibility to accommodate occasional off-hours needs. Based in or willing to work with teams in Bogotá (Colombia) or Mexico City (Mexico) with strong remote-first support culture; there is an option to be based in San Francisco as part of a hybrid/mostly-remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives
- Fluency in English and Spanish
