Job Summary

Executive Assistant to the VP providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include calendar management across multiple time zones, email and communication support, travel coordination (domestic and international), document preparation (presentations and reports), project assistance, and confidentiality. Also liaison with vendors and clients, assisting with office mail handling, coordinating shipments, and handling ad hoc tasks as requested. Requires 3–5 years of EA or similar experience, strong written and verbal English communication, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Excel. Hybrid work arrangement based in Sneads Ferry, NC.

Required Qualifications
