Job Summary

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts across internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups. Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare briefing materials, and process expense reports. Screen communications, prioritize requests, and ensure timely responses while maintaining strict confidentiality. Support cross-functional communication and assist with special projects as assigned. Requires 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work across multiple time zones. Located onsite in Detroit, MI.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate executive needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership
  • Experience coordinating across multiple locations or time zones
