Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Responsible for calendar and scheduling management across multiple time zones, executive communication, travel coordination (domestic and international), meeting preparation, and operational execution. Acts as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal stakeholders; drafts and proofs professional emails; manages inboxes; prepares briefing notes and agendas; tracks action items; handles confidential information with discretion; utilizes Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Calendly, and other scheduling tools; supports project and administrative tasks to ensure priorities are met and executives stay focused on high-impact work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience across time zones
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
