Job Summary
Executive Assistant to senior leadership responsible for calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, executive communication, meeting preparation, and operational execution. Act as a strategic support partner to ensure scheduling, follow-ups, communication, and logistics run smoothly; draft and manage emails and inboxes; prepare agendas and briefing notes; coordinate domestic and international travel; track priorities, projects, and deliverables; maintain organized digital filing and handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office required; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience across time zones
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
