Job Summary
Provide dedicated executive support to our Principal/Partners in New York City, managing complex calendars across multiple senior leaders, coordinating travel and logistics, handling expense reporting and reimbursements, supporting internal meetings and partner engagements, maintaining organized systems across calendars, documents, and communications, and liaising with building management to ensure an organized office environment in a fast-paced, high-responsibility role.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in an executive assistant or comparable administrative role
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and coordinating travel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction with senior stakeholders
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
