Executive Assistant to a member of the Operating Committee, responsible for managing calendars and priorities, coordinating travel and expenses, arranging meetings and events, hosting guests onsite for senior leaders, providing coverage for other EAs, participating in EA process improvements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting the SVP of Market Management. Requires 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives; Bachelor's Degree preferred. The role is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week, including Thursdays for team meetings and events).
