Job Summary
Manage calendars, plan travel, and handle call and webinar logistics while overseeing event, meeting, and interview planning. Prepare expense reports, work on deck presentations, and execute project and special assignment work. Create and manage presentations and documents, ensuring version control. Provide personalized administrative support to executive members by acting without guidance and taking initiative on administrative decisions. Maintain strong internal and external relationships with high integrity and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of executive administrative support experience or similar position
- Proficiency in Workday
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Proficiency in Concur
- Skills, knowledge and applications related to scheduling, travel, presentations, team meetings, communications and calendar management
- Advanced proficiency in travel systems (i.e. Concur) and expense management and reimbursements
- Good judgment and initiative
- Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization
- Organizational awareness with the ability to identify and understand key stakeholders and needs in the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client/leader management skills
- Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
