Job Summary
Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO in a NY office, responsible for managing a dynamic, complex executive calendar, coordinating domestic travel (flight/hotel, visas as needed), creating polished PowerPoint presentations and Excel analyses for internal/external meetings, drafting executive communications, conducting targeted research, and driving high-priority action follow-through. The role blends sales support with hands-on marketing execution, with opportunities to shape revenue growth and expand responsibilities based on business needs. Strong communication, discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid/remote collaboration environment are required.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of prior administrative experience
- at least 5+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
- calendar management and travel arrangements
- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- polished written and verbal communication
- experience drafting executive level communications
- familiarity with CRM systems
- self-motivated, proactive
- ability to work with minimal direction
- ability to manage multiple complex tasks
