Job Summary

Provide executive assistance to the Chief Audit Executive and Managing Directors, manage complex calendars across time zones, prepare briefing materials and meeting agendas, act as gatekeeper for executive priorities, plan and execute internal/external events, develop high-quality presentations, coordinate cross-functional inputs, track deliverables and deadlines, support planning cycles and internal communications, identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery. The group is the international Group Internal Audit team within Swiss Re, focused on resilience and risk management, with emphasis on data analytics and automation in audit processes. The role requires organization, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills; proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Office is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive assistance
  • Experience in operations or a hybrid role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured outputs
