Job Summary

Manage two executive calendars, coordinate complex travel, and handle confidential communications for two Shows leaders while drafting memos and conducting research. Track team-wide projects from kickoff to post-mortem, manage hiring and onboarding, and serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Plan and execute department events, resolve stakeholder inquiries, and draft clear communications including hiring announcements and training updates. This role reports to the Deputy of Strategy & Operations and requires regular in-office attendance in New York City.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years providing administrative and project support to an executive
  • This is an in-office position, based in New York City and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week
  • There may be some flexibility to work remotely per your departmental guidance
