Owns client communication and management, contractor coordination, CRM upkeep (GoHighLevel), scheduling via Google Calendar, daily execution, and lightweight research/insights to support decision-making. Responsible for maintaining clear documentation of pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups, and presenting organized, professional communications to clients and stakeholders. Works in a remote setup with US business hours, coordinating across multiple workflows to keep operations moving smoothly and without constant oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years supporting Founder/Executive/Small business owner
  • Experience managing client communication and follow-ups
  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (non-negotiable)
  • Proficiency in Gmail
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar
  • Proficiency in Google Docs & Google Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong multitasking and organization
  • Ability to work independently with shifting priorities
  • Professional remote work environment setup
