Job Summary
Provides executive-level administrative support to senior management, coordinating office operations, meetings, travel, and communications. Drafts and revises documents using templates, prepares minutes, presentations, and official correspondence, and supports committees and boards. Manages calendars, schedules, and meetings for senior leaders, ensures timely follow-up on decisions, and maintains high-quality, compliant administrative processes. Requires bilingual English–French communication skills, strong writing abilities, and adeptness with office software; demonstrated independent work ethic, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in administration, office technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in bilingual administrative writing with excellent grammar skills
- Excellent knowledge of computer software
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy and judgment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Bilingual– English and French (written and spoken)
