Executive Assistant – Office of the CFO

Job Summary
Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CFO, VP of Finance, and CCO, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Prepare correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials while screening and routing inbound investor, analyst, and media inquiries to the Investor Relations team. Own logistics for annual planning, registration, and travel coordination for investor relations conferences, roadshows, and analyst meetings, including facility tours and earnings call preparations. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding market-sensitive information and earnings materials in compliance with insider trading policies. Support the broader EA team to ensure coverage and alignment across executive priorities while handling miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting investor relations, finance, or public company environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams and Copilot)
- Extremely high attention to detail and follow-through
- Exceptionally organized and responsive
- Self-starter and highly proactive
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems before executives they support see them coming
- Ability to put themselves in the shoes of those they support
