Job Summary

Executive Assistant II, Office Manager provides advanced administrative and operational support to Assistant Vice President(s) within the Logistics organization. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing agendas and materials, and supporting leadership priorities through effective organization, communication, and execution. The role also covers office management and facilities coordination, including vendor coordination, supply management, onboarding vendor accounts, purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating office moves or workspace changes. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. It involves cross-functional coordination, event coordination, and support for budget-related administrative tasks, with a focus on confidentiality and professional communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7 years' of relevant experience supporting senior leader or executives OR any level degree or certification beyond HS diploma/GED and 5 years' experience
