Job Summary
Support CEO by managing inbox and calendar, scheduling meetings, and filtering communications. Assist drafting communications from executive/manager(s), prepare weekly updates and announcements, and prioritize conflicting needs. Collaborate with other executives to keep the CEO informed of commitments. Deliver tasks with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters and personal correspondence. Plan and execute special events and projects, prepare meeting rooms and AV equipment, and manage invitations and RSVP for events. Requires 2+ years of C-Suite EA experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of C-Suite level Executive Assistant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
