Job Summary
Executive Assistant to NIH at GSN, providing high-level administrative support to senior executive staff within the Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives (DPCPSI) and Office of Research Innovation, Validation, and Application (ORIVA). Responsibilities include managing senior executives' schedules, coordinating travel and meeting materials, preparing and proofreading documents, ensuring approvals and recruitment documentation are obtained, organizing meetings and conferences, maintaining calendars and databases, coordinating program workflows, and serving as a liaison with management and staff while implementing federal guidelines and procedures. Requires a college degree and relevant experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- College degree and four (4) years of related work experience OR a high school diploma or GED and eight (8) years of related work experience
