Job Summary
Provide overall executive administrative support while anticipating and being proactive to the needs of a senior C-Suite Executive and Board Member. Draft and manage executive correspondence, including writing and editing professional emails, drafting internal memos, and preparing key communications. Design and refine presentation materials, utilizing PowerPoint to build clean, high-impact slide decks, executive summaries, and meeting collateral. Coordinate travel arrangements including air, hotel, and transportation for domestic and international trips. Manage a complex calendar which includes scheduling meetings, notifying participants of changes, and prioritizing events. Create meeting invitations in MS Outlook with agendas, attendees, room information, and video conferencing requirements. Coordinate firmwide events, including town halls and the annual stockholders meeting. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages, and prepare expense reports. Play an active role in firmwide projects and strategic initiatives as requested. Assist on the implementation of corporate business-wide policies and procedures. Based at Chicago Headquarters, this role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior-level executives within the financial services sector. The anticipated base salary is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year.
