Job Summary
Own and strategically manage the CEO's complex calendar, balancing competing priorities and protecting time. Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics while preparing meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials. Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for executives, investors, board members, customers, and strategic partners. Anticipate needs by proactively identifying and solving problems before they become issues. Track key initiatives, deadlines, and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and special events, including support for Board of Directors meetings and investor communications. Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion while leading special projects across multiple departments. Help create systems and processes that improve organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a fast-paced organization
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
