Job Summary
Executive Assistant to the executive team at Picture Health, providing administrative support and coordinating office operations. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, taking notes, managing correspondence, coordinating work and personal calendars, maintaining files and databases, utilizing cloud SaaS tools for workflow and project management, arranging travel and expense reports, coordinating projects and events including regular on-sites, and performing research and preparing reports or presentations. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid Cleveland-based role with regular in-office presence and team on-sites.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- excellent computer skills including proficiency in cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Be an independent self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
- Prior experience in an administrative support role (desired)
- Familiarity with academic research, publications, and/or clinical trials (desired)
- Understanding of medical field, especially cancer care (desired)
