Job Summary
Manage a complex, ever-evolving calendar, scheduling priorities and strategic time management for a C-suite leader. Serve as a strategic thought partner by organizing priorities, preparing for meetings, and driving accountability across key initiatives. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents to keep the executive informed. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion. Leverage technology, productivity tools, and AI-driven resources to streamline workflows. This role requires experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments with strong inbox management and project follow-through skills. The position is onsite in San Francisco with a salary of $120-150k DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to partner with first-time founders and navigate rapidly changing priorities
- Strong inbox and calendar management experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and making thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with outstanding project management and follow-through skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools, systems, and technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine sense of ownership
- Thrives in startup environments where flexibility, resourcefulness, and adaptability are highly valued
- Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
