Job Summary
Manage an ever-evolving calendar, balancing competing priorities with precision, and coordinate complex domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics. Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and briefing documents while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including founders, investors, and executives. Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, offsites, and special events, track action items, process expense reports, and assist with budget tracking. Support special projects and operational initiatives across the firm to streamline processes and identify efficiency improvements. Required Qualifications
