Job Summary

Manage the President of Marketing & Brand's calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics. Prepare meeting materials, capture notes and decisions, and track action items to ensure conversations translate into execution. Coordinate marketing decks, documents, and campaign materials while arranging travel and managing expenses. Support internal marketing processes, team coordination, and research for initiatives and partnerships. This role sits at the center of the President's day-to-day operations within a studio creating global franchises inspired by gaming, anime, and event action.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing, assistant, or coordinator role
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Arena SNK does not provide visa sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
