Job Summary
Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis to drive productivity and reduce rework. Implement PFMEA, Control Plan, and Risk Mitigation Actions while ensuring adherence to workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls. Improve layout, material flow, and machine utilization to ensure first-time-right execution based on approved drawings and BOM. Prepare daily/weekly production plans, allocate manpower, and coordinate RPP projects to meet targets. Manage ISO compliance and all QHSE activities including internal and external audits. Requires BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics with 8-10 years of hydraulic industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics
- 8 to 10 years of experience working in Hydraulic Industry
- Good knowledge of Hydraulic components & their function
- Hydraulic Circuits
- GA Drawing
- Proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA)
- Good knowledge of Lean tools
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes: machining, fabrication, assembly, testing
