Job Summary
Executive Assistant role supporting two Managing Directors in Berlin, handling executive support and Berlin office operations. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across US and European time zones, coordinating travel logistics (flights, accommodation, visas), preparing meeting materials, agendas, and briefings, prioritizing requests, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and handling confidential information. In addition, oversee day-to-day Berlin office operations, welcome guests, maintain shared spaces, manage office supplies, and coordinate with facilities/vendors to ensure a welcoming, well-run environment. Requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, strong communication across stakeholders, comfort balancing executive coordination with hands-on operational tasks, and experience in startup/high-growth settings with English (German a plus) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Benefits include hybrid/remote options, salary €45,000–€50,000 EUR per year, and a suite of wellness and benefits.
