Job Summary
On-site Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chief Acquisition Officer, and the executive team; also serves as Office Manager for the NYC office. Core duties include managing an active calendar, planning and facilitating meetings, preparing content for meetings, completing expense reports, and drafting correspondence. Responsible for organizing events, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships, coordinating agendas, and supporting actions and follow-ups. Oversees office assets, supplies, and vendor interactions; represents the company in dealings with third parties. May perform duties outside the office such as dry-cleaning drops/prafts and scheduling travel outside regular hours. Requires 5+ years of related experience, proficiency with Google Suite, executive scheduling experience, and a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and being technologically savvy.
