Job Summary
Executive Assistant to Senior Talent Manager providing organizational backbone for the office: manage the executive calendar, screen communications, coordinate client meetings, studio appointments and events, handle contracts and riders, maintain contract files, track settlements and expenses, arrange executive travel, and support special initiatives with reporting and data organization. Requires 3+ years in executive/agency/entertainment admin, proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint, ability to handle confidential information, and excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a focus on high-profile client interactions in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Talent Assistant, Agency Assistant, or Entertainment Administration experience
- Exceptional organization, multitasking and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for comedy, entertainment, and talent management preferred
