Job Summary
Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Human Resources, serving as the primary point of contact for the Office of the CEO. Manage all Board and Committee communications, including attending meetings, taking minutes, tracking compliance, and maintaining board records. Coordinate senior leadership team projects, update action tracking systems, and prepare minutes for meetings. Handle office operations, manage supplies and vendors, organize filing systems, and coordinate travel arrangements. Liaise with IT consultants for technology purchases and track service requests. Requires an Associate's degree, three years of office administration experience, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Minimum 3 years of office administration and customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support with confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy
- Exceptional organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and cultural competence
