Job Summary
Draft and edit memoranda, reports, presentations, and documents for the Executive Vice President. Manage scheduling, travel, and meeting coordination while ensuring accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and budget variance analysis. Develop administrative processes, serve as the subject matter expert on administrative issues, and provide coaching to staff. Respond to incoming requests across a wide variety of issues and support the EVP with Board and Executive Team needs. Assist with team projects, filing, and recordkeeping. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of administrative support experience including three years at the executive level, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. The position is onsite full-time with local and occasional out-of-town travel required.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 7 years of administrative support experience
- at least 3 years of administrative support experience at the executive level
- Relevant experience (substitutable for education)
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to exercise independent judgment
- A broad knowledge of computer software
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to perform effectively in high pressure and stressful work environment
- The ability to manage stress and self-care
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Regular and reliable attendance
- The ability to lift and reach for light objects
- The ability to type and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to protect the confidentiality of sensitive information and attorney-client privileged communications
- Qualification for insurance (for driving on Casey business)
- Adherence to vehicle safety guidelines (for driving on Casey business)
