Job Summary
Manage the Managing Partner's docket, prioritize meetings and deadlines, and screen calls while preparing correspondence and reports. Schedule client and internal meetings, track action items, and maintain organized electronic files and records. Assist with office administration, vendor communications, and firm events, while supporting recruiting and business development initiatives. Serve as the professional point of contact for clients, foreign associates, and vendors, coordinating engagement letters and document filings with agencies like the USPTO. Monitor attorney calendars, assist with billing support, and provide administrative aid for patent, trademark, and litigation matters. Work part-time with flexible scheduling, approximately four hours daily, offering training and performance-based bonuses.
