Job Summary
Manage the GEO Lead Partner's diary, meeting schedule, and day-to-day administrative priorities, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and monitoring correspondence and deadlines. Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries while supporting expense preparation and invoice processing. Coordinate client meetings, internal catch-ups, and stakeholder interactions on behalf of the partner, maintaining accurate contact information and CRM updates. Act as the professional point of contact for internal teams, clients, and visitors. Collaborate with the Darwin team and local leadership network to assist with office coordination, room bookings, catering, and visitor arrangements. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
- Strong diary, meeting, travel and email management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with care and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with Partners, clients and internal stakeholders
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach to daily support
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- A positive, adaptable and collaborative mindset with a genuine focus on delivering great service
