Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support partners within our leadership unit, handling heavy diary management, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, and delivering high-level administrative support. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership, coordinating travel and accommodation, organizing client functions and marketing events, handling calls and emails, assisting with invoicing and CRM updates, supporting group projects and research, and providing general admin support. Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM systems, SharePoint, and video conferencing. Must be able to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
