Job Summary
Manage the President's daily executive operations, including an exceptionally complex calendar, travel, and stakeholder engagement. Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and preparation requirements, resolving matters independently while drafting correspondence, briefing notes, and meeting materials. Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics for professional and personal trips, ensuring security and contingency plans for NFL meetings, league events, and community engagements. Support executive vice presidents with administrative needs and provide on-site logistical support during major organizational moments. Operate with high independence and discretion in a fast-paced professional sports environment, requiring sound judgment to prioritize urgent needs and translate priorities into action.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible executive support experience with C-suite, President, CEO, ownership-level, or similarly senior leaders
- Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, meetings, confidential communications, and senior-level materials
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related productivity tools
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Strong organization, prioritization, project management, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work nontraditional hours and travel as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
