Job Summary
Manage daily executive operations for the President, including proactively balancing a complex calendar, anticipating scheduling conflicts, and preparing for meetings, presentations, and public appearances. Coordinate domestic and international travel for professional and personal trips, handling flights, lodging, ground transportation, and security considerations for NFL events, league functions, and community engagements. Draft and edit executive correspondence, briefing notes, and reports while directing stakeholder engagement with ownership, leadership, and external partners. Operate with high independence in a fast-paced professional sports environment, requiring sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work nontraditional hours as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible executive support experience with C-suite, President, CEO, ownership-level, or similarly senior leaders
- Experience managing complex calendars, executive travel, meetings, confidential communications, and senior-level materials
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related productivity tools
- Excellent written, verbal, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Strong organization, prioritization, project management, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work nontraditional hours and travel as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered
