Job Summary
Executive Assistant to support senior stakeholders with diaries, travel logistics, meetings, and client communications in a banking environment. Responsibilities include advanced diary management, high-volume email and phone handling, client greetings, arranging meetings and travel (including visas and accommodations), expense reimbursements, onboarding/offboarding support, event coordination, and preparing documents and presentations in MS Office. Requires strong organization, proactive ownership, discretion with confidential information, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure; English fluency required, Dutch preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Assistant experience, ideally supporting mid-level Directors or above
- Advanced organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate proactivity and ownership
- Assertive, with the ability to make decisions independently
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, with proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities
- Fluent in English
- Polished, professional approach, calm demeanour, and ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Dutch (preferred)
