Job Summary
Manage daily executive support by handling emails, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communications. Coordinate property management activities including tracking work orders, communicating with tenants, and liaising with vendors. Handle personal errands such as scheduling appointments and coordinating travel, plus drive occasionally for tasks like posting notices or depositing checks. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality. Support project management to ensure deadlines are met and conduct research for executive review. Communicate effectively between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English. Based in our Miami Beach office with opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Fluency in English
