Job Summary

Manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries. Support meetings and events by handling logistics, materials, catering, and follow-up actions across multiple time zones. Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports while tracking action items and deadlines. Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team during travel and participate in Board meetings, town halls, and investor events. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, maintaining discretion with sensitive information. Work hybrid four days per week in the Rockville office, with flexibility for extended hours when business needs require.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 to 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to work independently while building effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Professional presence and strong people skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work from the Rockville office on a regular basis
  • Flexibility to support occasional travel and extended hours when business needs require
