Job Summary
Manage complex calendars for the Global Head of Investor Partnerships, Head of Americas, and Global Head of Credit Capital Formation, prioritizing competing demands. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and visa logistics, while preparing expense reports and managing meeting agendas for internal and external stakeholders. Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and business documents, and organize investor events and offsites with full vendor and venue coordination. Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external partners, handling highly confidential information with discretion. Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to enhance operational efficiency. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support special projects and key business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of four years of experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience supporting multiple senior executives with competing priorities
