Job Summary
Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and oversee administrative tasks for multiple partners and senior bankers. Execute document creation for pitchbooks, engagement letters, and reports using the Microsoft suite, while updating the CRM database with contact details and deal tracking data. Coordinate internal and external meetings, negotiate contracts for venues, and screen phone lines to maintain a professional image for clients. Compile expense reports via Concur, manage confidential information with discretion, and assist with onboarding new team members. This role requires familiarity with the financial industry, the ability to navigate competing priorities, and a willingness to work overtime during event preparation.
