Job Summary
Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and organize materials for all engagements. Handle correspondence, draft communications, and maintain confidential records with discretion. Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and manage priorities to optimize the CEO's time for strategic objectives. Act as a liaison between the CEO and corporate clients, fostering relationships with internal and external partners. Assist in planning corporate events, oversee strategic initiatives, and monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are achieved. Anticipate needs, resolve issues, conduct research, and prepare insights to support decision-making. Represent the CEO professionally while upholding company values of integrity and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, transport and logistics or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience supporting senior executives in an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
- Occasional travel
