Job Summary
Executive & Leadership Support to CEO: manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, and executive communications; prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials; anticipate leadership needs and proactively support initiatives; optimize the CEO's time for high-priority objectives; coordinate meetings with leadership teams, vendors, and external stakeholders; attend meetings, capture decisions, and document action items; track commitments and ensure deadlines; support organizational initiatives and operational improvement projects; maintain project trackers and timelines; coordinate activities across departments and locations; manage executive communications and draft responses; assist with sales and business development activities including proposal development and pipeline follow-up; ensure compliance and documentation readiness; maintain organized records and supporting documentation; collaborate with staff, vendors, and external partners; contribute to organizational growth and cross-functional activities; supported by a healthcare-oriented, multi-site organization; equipped with strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; healthcare industry experience and prior C-suite support are bonus points.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive assistant, project coordination, healthcare administration, or leadership support experience
