Job Summary
The Executive Assistant III will manage schedules and arrange appointments, travel, meetings, and conference calls. The role includes preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials, gathering and organizing information for executive meetings, and handling confidential and complex details. Candidates should have 7 to 10 years of experience as an office manager, experience working with senior level executives in multinational corporations, and fluency in English and Spanish. The assistant will also be responsible for organizing events in Miami or the LATAM region and coordinating travel for the Manager and his team.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an office manager
- Experience as an Executive Assistant in multinational corporations at the executive level
- Ability to manage confidential and complex details
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in a sales environment and understanding of the executive environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with organizing events
- Ability to coordinate travel for executives
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
