Job Summary
Manage executive communications, workflows, and strategic calendar planning for ACP leadership, including proactive event and meeting coordination. Support operational and financial processes such as budget preparation and document approvals while serving as a key strategic partner for project accountability and cross-departmental collaboration. Evaluate and improve administrative workflows with clear change documentation and training. Maintain strict confidentiality and professional boundaries while collaborating with the Assistant AVP of ACP and the Associate Dean of ACP. This role requires a desk at the Sylvania Campus with remote work options and occasional travel among PCC campuses. Apply by August 23, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in business administration or related field
- One (1) year of progressively responsible administrative support experience
